When available, most orders ship the next business day. Robinson’s Chocolates typically ships chocolate orders Monday through Thursday so your treats have the best chance of arriving fresh and in good condition. We do not typically ship on Fridays because weekend carrier schedules, possible delays, and changing weather conditions can be unpredictable. Shipping availability may vary based on the product, destination, timing, and temperature.

Robinson’s Chocolates takes great care when packaging orders to help protect chocolates during shipping. However, because chocolate is delicate and can be affected by temperature, handling, and transit conditions. Melting, cracking, or shifting cannot be fully prevented once an order leaves our shop.
For time-sensitive orders or events where presentation is especially important, such as weddings, parties, corporate gifts, or special occasions, local pickup or local delivery may be the best option to help preserve quality and appearance.

Yes. Local customers can order online and choose local pickup when available. Robinson’s Chocolates also offers local delivery options, which may vary based on the order, location, timing, and product selection.
For added convenience, Robinson’s Chocolates is also available through DoorDash and Grubhub for eligible local delivery orders. Customers can find delivery links at the top of our homepage or visit our Delivery page to review available pickup and delivery options from our Skillman and Hillsborough, NJ locations.

Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our chocolates and confections, Robinson’s Chocolates does not accept returns. If there is an issue with an order, customers are encouraged to contact us directly at (609) 924-1124.
